Manager hours saved annually. Time-on-task before and after, extrapolated, not independently audited.
340 agents came in. 20 reached production.
AI is powerful. Ungoverned, it’s only expensive.
Three gates: risk, evidence, launch
Every agent proves it belongs, or it is held.
0 in production340 still loose
Twenty earned it. The rest are held, not deleted.
Someone has to build the gates.
Adam Ping
AI Leader
I build and design the gates that decide what agents enter production.
I direct enterprise AI across strategy, governance, and product in regulated environments, turning executive intent into governed systems that earn their way to production.
Hover any node on the path to trace the route one agent takes.
Where does the work happen?Three rooms
Three rooms, one system.
The boardroom
Executive-adopted AI strategy, a Board-approved AI goal, and delegated launch authority. Monthly governance committee with the C-suite.
The architecture review
Risk classification, retrieval, evaluation, and the thresholds an agent has to clear. The same language as the people building it.
The keyboard
I build the agents themselves. A deterministic Python engine behind a $170M cycle, a goal agent in production with 270 managers, and agentic systems in Rust and Python after hours.
Because I can operate in all three, 340 rogue agents became the 20 highest value systems in production.
Can it be governed at scale? The boardroom
The program
Each gate is a control point. Together, they form a governed system.
Measured and projected impact
Separate units, deliberately not charted on one axis
Projected two-year savings from member-facing voice AI. Approved business case, validated in pilot. Not yet realized.
Guided end to end by an agent in production: 1,200 plans drafted, checked against guidance bands and routed for review. Budget adherence improved 6%. System of record.
The $50M+ figure is a projection and is stated as one. The pilot validated first-call resolution, handle time, and call routing; launch target is November 2026.
Adoption of governed AI tooling
Share of eligible population, percent
Basis: internal adoption telemetry and program records, 2026. The Goal Agent is additionally in production with 270 managers, shown under Impact.
The governed agent funnel
Count of agents, registry versus production
Basis: the AI agent registry and budget records, 2026. Monthly AI Governance Committee with C-suite and senior leaders; delegated authority over risk classification, routing, and launch; $2M+ annual budget.
Of the 340 agents in the governed registry, 20 have cleared production thresholds. The other 320 are the point: a funnel that lets 2,500 people build safely while the gates decide what ships.
$2M+An annual AI budget governed under delegated authority over risk classification, routing, and launch.
Classification is cheap. The next gate is where things stop.
Does it hold up with real money?Shipped, in production

Do people actually use it?In production today
Goal Agent
500+ managers have used it 270 still supported in production today
Has it worked before?The record
Promoted four times on shipped results.
The gates decide what ships. What shipped decided my career.
Consumer Loan Officer
Top 1% of loan officers: $1M originated per month, three consecutive months.
Assistant Branch Manager
16 direct reports across lending and teller operations; Branch of the Month within seven months.
Human Resources Manager
Built and led a 21-person HR organization; scaled support from 1,800 to 2,300 employees; shipped the agents above.
AI Leader
Executive-adopted AI strategy, Board-approved AI goal, delegated launch authority, monthly AI Governance Committee.
Would I build it without being asked? After hours
Agentic systems, built after hours.
Three agentic systems nobody asked to pass anything. I put gates on them anyway.
- Python · Remotion · Blender
Reconstructed Events
An operating agentic media pipeline that researches, scripts, renders, fact-checks and schedules weekly long-form 3D documentaries, with source validation, rights review, disclosure and owner-approval controls.
- Python · SQLite · Docker
Grant Fit Digest
A local-first agentic grant intelligence system on official agency sources, with provenance, freshness validation, eligibility-conflict detection, fail-closed quality gates, and a 430-test automated suite.

Governed Decision & Execution Platform
A consequential-decision platform separating agent research from deterministic execution authority: immutable evidence provenance, exact-action human authorization, kill switches, and fail-closed paper, shadow and bounded real-money modes.

If you need a leader who has taken enterprise AI from strategy through Board approval to governed production, and who still builds the systems himself, I would like to hear from you.
